Brian Wilson has twenty-six years of experience in nursing and healthcare management having served as Flight Nurse at Carolinas Medical Center, Director of Emergency and Trauma Services at Frye Regional Medical Center, Director of Emergency Services at Rowan Regional Medical Center, and Director of Emergency Services at Baptist Medical Center. Brian has helped many hospitals reengineer operating room and emergency services patient flow through process improvement teams, policy deployment, performance scorecard implementation, fast track implementation, and improved patient/physician satisfaction monitoring.

Mr. Wilson’s serves as Senior Improvement Specialist for the firm. His nursing credentials and process improvement experience gives him unique skills to assist clients in the design and implementation of performance improvement strategies that yield significant tangible results.

Brian enjoys fishing, especially if it involves smoking a good cigar.
