Debra Adams is an experienced healthcare professional with thirty-three years of experience managing numerous clinical and non-clinical service lines with Healthcare Corporation of America, American Nursing Services of Texas, AMI-Saint Jude Medical Center, AMI-Riverside Community Hospital, Veterans Administration Hospital of Shreveport, and Schumpert Medical Center.

Ms. Adams serves as Senior Improvement Specialist for the firm, assisting our healthcare clients in implementation of cost containment programs, design and implementation of best practices to improve clinical outcomes, preparation for JCAHO surveys, and any aspect of establishing a vibrant quality management program. Debra holds the professional designation of Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), is licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner, and is certified by the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

Debra is an accomplished league basketball referee and an avid participant in Habitat for Humanity projects.
