Mr. Matt Ellis

Vice President - Master Black Belt

Matt Ellis has over fifteen years of experience in continuous improvement as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt.  With a Masters of Science in Chemistry, he was a successful Flavor Applications Chemist before he took his understanding of the scientific method and applied it to Six Sigma when he joined General Electric. At General Electric Matt earned his certification as a Master Black Belt, led several large scale enterprise improvement projects, and mentored numerous Green Belts and Black Belts.

Matt was also a Senior Process Engineer at CheckFree Corporation, leading enterprise enablement projects, acquisition integration projects and software development projects. Matt also developed CheckFree’s in-house Six Sigma training program, and mentored numerous Green Belts and Black Belts to successful completion of Six Sigma projects. Matt then joined CallMiner Inc., to lead their professional services team and manage the implementation of enterprise software solutions in call centers across the United States.

Matt has also served as a Senior Process Consultant with Aon Consulting’s Rath and Strong group, and as a mentor and trainer for Alstom S.A., Johnson & Johnson, and TRW Automotive & Systems Divisions.
