

Rhonwyn Ullmann has twenty years of experience as a management and staff development advisor. Ms. Ullmann has designed and facilitated numerous management and staff workshops dealing with topics such as team building, stress management, time mastery, service skills, communication, and leadership development. Rhonwyn is an expert in methodologies such as brainstorming, role-playing, behavioral skill inventories, small group team building and other staff development approaches. Program follow-up is a critical part of Ms. Ullmann’s approach utilizing mentoring, coaching, benchmarking, and various forms of outcome assessments.
Ms. Ullmann serves as Senior Improvement Specialist for the firm. She brings her clients significant expertise in the areas of assessment, development, and implementation of behavioral support systems designed to improve internal and external communication, reduce workplace conflict and stress, and strengthen skills.
Rhonwyn enjoys applying her training as a therapist to help the elderly maintain active lifestyles.
