People Make The Difference

Issue Two

It takes both efficient processes and talented people to consistently achieve high levels of performance. A perfectly designed process will not yield high quality service or product unless we have talented, engaged people "at the helm".

A few questions for you to think about:
1. Do you have current, specific job descriptions that incorporate performance expectations? Download a job description sample, here.
2. Are you using behavioral assessment tools in your talent selection process? To receive a
complimentary behavioral profile and interpretation session, just reply with the subject line "Profile" and provide your contact information so we can follow-up with you.
3. Do you have skilled interviewers who apply structured, behavioral interviewing techniques?
4. Do you have an orientation, mentoring, and performance review process in place? Download a sample performance review matrix, here.

To select and grow talented people you need clear expectations, assessment tools, a disciplined interviewing process, and regular performance feedback.
