Customer Satisfaction = Profits

The top priority goal for any company should be achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction, which will result in increased profitability.

To achieve this goal you must:

1. Understand the needs and wants of your customers. This can be accomplished through focus groups and personal interviews with key customers.
2. Regularly monitor customer satisfaction through formal, structured surveys. Brief telephone or Internet based surveys produce better results than mail-out surveys, especially when open ended questions are included to get specific comments and improvement suggestions from your customers. 3. Translate customer feedback into action. Create focused customer satisfaction improvement teams to address gaps in performance.

If you have a question about how to improve customer satisfaction, please send me an email and I will provide a courtesy, online consultation. My email is doug@thedougwilliamsgroup.com.
